Latar Belakang:	Arjunan, who was native to Batu Gajah, has been working at RKKKC for more than 4 years. He's not only the supervisor at RKKKC but he also serves as a driver for the charity home. When he first came there, the charity home was still very old and he had contributed a lot in the development of the charity home. The reason he worked at RKKKC is he wants to help the unfortunate ones. As a loyal Christian, he believes that one must not be selfish and should do his or her best to help the unfortunate ones. Children there like him very much as he is a caring person who loves to play around and share food with them whenever he is free. He doesn't think his job is hard although he always works overtime, yet he feels very happy that what he does can help people.

Arjunan's daily work routine:

Comes at 8am, and although his work hours end at 5pm he usually stay and continue working until around 7pm.
First task in everyday is to assign different work to his subordinates.
For example, he decides the meal menu based on what kind of food materials they have that day. If a child gets food sponsoring (by visitor) that day, he will inform the cook not to prepare food for the child.
Checks if all the furniture in the good condition, and will repair it if any is damaged.
Checks if there is any daily item out of stock.
When a child is in sick, he is responsible to take him/her to the general hospital as he also serves as a driver for the charity home. If the child is very ill then he will call the ambulance.
Also needs to go out to find and deal with potential sponsors.
